Jane Dyer Reacts to Republican Runoff

“Both Richard Cash and Jeff Duncan focus on matters that will not bring jobs to the District. They argue about political philosophies, not dealing with what faces South Carolina’s families during these tough times.

“Whichever man wins on Tuesday, my focus will remain the same:  working hard for working families on issues that affect their daily lives — jobs, education and military veterans.”

That seems to be a constant with both the Cash and Duncan campaigns. These men are running on “hot button-talking point issues” that they either have no power to change or are irrelevant to our State. I appreciate your diligence in focusing on bringing jobs to the Upstate. All of the “philosophical-ideaological speeches” given from tea-party stumps will not create one single job. I am honored to be able to stand behind a candidate that is working to improve our State, we have been embarrased enough. As a citizen I am tired of all of the misinformation the masses are fed and would like to see the focus back onto things that truly matter. I have two children and want our State to be a place I can feel proud raising them in. Actions, indeed, speak louder than words and I pray the voters will look at your actions, your military service etc…and ignore all of the idealogical “pie throwing” the other two candidates have engaged in. You have stayed above the fray and proven yourself an honorable civil servant. One need look only as far as how the Cash campaign was run to see the kind of representation we can expect to receive God forbid he were elected. I am quite confident when the voters get a chance to compare the candidates on the issues, it will be easy to differentiate who is working for us. You can count on my support throughout. God bless you.

    Eric,

    Thank you for your support.

We need to get people back to work. Regardless of who wins tomorrow that will be our focus. We have a lot of work to do but I trust the people in our district to make the right choice in November. We must support our families and that is what I will do in Congress.

    Jane
